Thank you for the hundreds of prayers that went up for sweet little Kaycee.
She came out of the anesthesia very quickly. She wasn't a happy camper but she hadn't had anything to eat or drink since midnight.
We don't know anything and they said it would probably be the first of the week before we did.
Kaycee was born three months early and only weighed 2#. She had alot of meds to develop her lungs which were not fully formed. All of that causes a lot of problems down the road but it is something that had to be done to keep her alive at the time.
So, we are continuing to pray for good news and that the mass is something they can easily do something about.
God is good! We know that He is watching over her.
Thanks again for all of the prayers lifted up on her behalf.
Thank you blogger friends. I truly have witnessed what your prayers can do.
Love,
Judy

Sending all of you prayers Judy, she is a cutie and a fighter. A preemie coming that early and a twin to boot is a fighter. Little Buddy was a preemie and had all sorts of complications, thus the shunts and brain damage. Sending you a hug.

Keeping Kaycee and all of your family in my prayers.
ReplyDeleteContinued Prayers for Kaycee.
ReplyDeleteKaycee will indeed triumph! I know first hand what the family is experiencing. My son was born three months early and weighed 2lbs. 7oz. and this was over thirty five years ago, so with today's medical advancements Kaycee will do just fine. There were some ups and downs with my son during those three months he was in the hospital but he left there healthy, weighing a little under five pounds and with no medications. His eyes were affected with all the oxygen he needed early on and he wears glasses but that's it. I know each baby is different but with all of our prayers and good wishes, plus the medical help, she'll do just fine and thrive!
ReplyDeletePraying like crazy! XOXOXO
