A Couple of Projects Today


Took today to do a couple of projects. First, I wanted to make a spray for John's headstone for Memorial Day.  

He was always so proud of his time in the Air Force so I decided it would love something in red, white and blue.

Then, I did something I had collected all of the materials for and just wanted to do for fun.


Welcome to my little flower pot cottage.


I had bought the little fairy door and used a bag of stones I got at Michaels to make the trim around the door and the sidewalk.  I stuck little pieces of moss in among the rocks.


A fun project for the front porch.

    Oh my gosh, I want one of these! This flower pot cottage is soooo cute, and the little fairy door is delightful. It really looks stuck together with the stones and sidewalk. But how did you create the sidewalk, it's darling? I love the color of those flowers too. Perfect for these spring days. Oh, you did a great job on this, Judy, it's precious.

    That is a gorgeous spray for your husband. We always go and clean the marker for my dad which is bronze.. and then leaven him flowers and flags. Your little door and walkway to the pot are adorable. ((hugs)), Teresa :-)

    Oh I love the head stone piece but then I do love me some red, white and blue! How pretty. I was in the Dollar store recently and saw some little fairy pieces in there. I might need to go back now and check it out! Have a good weekend. Hugs and blessings, Cindy

    Oh the spray is beautiful! Cute little fairy pot, too. I have wanted to make one for years..even bought a few things to go in a garden..but never did it. Maybe one of these days!
