This is an accumulation of several weeks of hitting garage sales and mostly estate sales.
Lots of good things!!
As you can see, lots of gorgeous dishes. Plus a wooden unfinished sleigh, some embroidery hoops and a few pieces of silver.
Vintage tablecloth, Cobalt blue S&P shaker.
This set of darling mugs are not old, but look how cute they look with the red transferware.
Beautiful Noritake dishes.
Mason.
I am in love with this vintage plate rack I found. (Excuse the background - that's where it landed and I didn't have a place to put it. It's about 3' x 3')
And to fill that plate rack, look at the white ironstone pieces I found....
coffee pot, tea pot, s&p and
more serving pieces and
a whole box full of gorgeous cups.
Needless to say, I was delighted.
Have some exciting news to share with you soon. Then, you will know where my time has been spent the last month or so.
Enjoy!
Judy
Hi Judy.
ReplyDeleteHave to admit the white ironstone is my favourite this time but anything Masons is great too. Good finds. Now I wonder what you are going to share soon? Always something interesting I know.

Do you have trouble letting pretty things go? I'd be wanting to keep these things, especially the dishes.
ReplyDeleteYou're doing great! What are you going to do with all of that? Is it part of your secret. :)

You found a lot of goodies at the garage sales, Judy. I really like those red cups. They look JUST LIKE the red transferware. Are those angels on there - how sweet? You know, I love to go to garage sales and browse through all the items. It's fun and we come home with special gifts for ourselves.
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend, friend.

Love all your finds. I have the same tablecloth, and made it into a seat cover for my desk chair. How funny-mine was in kind of bad shape though. Can't wait to hear your news!
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness, Judy, just look at all of your sweet treasures! You made quite the haul. That plate rack is beautiful and will be stunning no matter what you display on it!
ReplyDeleteJudy, you have some gorgeous treasures!!! I just love thrift stores, charity shops and garage sales. You found some really beautiful things! Thank you so much for sharing.
ReplyDeleteLove the plate rack and all the Ironstone! Hmm, wonder where you've been lately...are you perhaps opening a booth to sell your lovely wares? I could so see you doing something like that!
ReplyDeleteJudy, yay!! I finally was able to comment. I love the mugs and would have picked them up as well. I have red transferware displayed on a shelf running along one wall in our living room. The Noritake is so similar to a set of 4 salad plates that I picked up at a thrift a while ago. I pulled one out to see if they were the same. Not quite, but blended so nicely. Love, love the collection of ironstone! Lucky you!
ReplyDeletehugs,
Jann
Great finds...the ironstone is my favorite. I have a huge ironstone collection.

ReplyDeleteThanks for popping in to see me and hope all is well.
