OK! I must start somewhere. I originally had not planned to start in the Master Bedroom and Bath. But, after finding the carpet I wanted for that bedroom, I needed to get started on the painting.
This is the Master Bedroom all done in pale aqua including the ceramic tile floor. Can't handle that much aqua.
This is the other side of the bedroom. You can see the dressing area to your right. All the same aqua.
One thing this house has plenty of is storage. This goes into the small master bath.
This is the master bath in all of it's pink glory. The whole room will be torn out and the shower will be made larger. The vanity will be replaced. You can see in the mirror more storage. Shiny brass fixtures must go also.
This is a small sitting room off of the master. This will actually be Bella's room. LOL She has a loveseat that she loves and it will go in here with a small desk.
The sliding doors go out into the back yard and there will be a small deck built out there.
This is where the deck will go.
So, Tiffany and I are starting tomorrow painting the master bedroom a pale golden yellow. Then, in a week or so, they will lay the new carpet. I just need carpet when I get out of bed. Plus, I don't know how Bella could handle running in on that tile floor and jumping on the bed. I'm afraid she might hurt herself.
So, let the renovation begin!
Hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving. We sure did. Lots of food and family. We have been besieged with an amazing amount of rain the last two days. So, here's hoping we start drying out soon.
Enjoy!
Judy
