Saturday Treasures and More

Look at this fabulous piece I found at an Estate Sale on Saturday.  It's going to go over the blue piece in the entry.  I just had tried several things above this piece but nothing worked for me.

This great piece is in excellent condition.  It has glass doors with mirrors on each side and the back of the center is copper.  Be still my heart.  There's a little sticky piece on the copper that I still have to get off.  But, I couldn't wait to show it to you.

My next find.....

a pair of beautiful what not shelves with mirrors in the back.

And the "and more"....

my last birthday present from my dear John was this miniature china cabinet.  I have this whole set of children's Blue Willow china that was my Mom's and needed someplace to show it off.

My youngest sister Jane actually inherited this set but after she passed away, her daughter said Jane wanted me to have it.  Her daughter had 5 boys so she didn't think it would survive at her house.  LOL

I set it on top of my bookshelves in the den along with some vintage blue books and my blue topiary.

Enjoy!

Judy

    1. Thanks Mel. Am anxious to get it put up. It's so heavy that I have to wait until I have someone help me. It's times like this that make me think so much of John. He was always so handy.
