My Finished Hall Bath

Do you remember what my hall bath looked like when I bought this home?  Refresh your memory.

Pink salmon colored tiles.

Very modern, all new chrome fixtures.

Now, for the finished bathroom.

This vintage piece was my inspiration.  I had everything redone in beige tones and thought I would stay with that.  However, when I found this piece, I totally changed my plans.

Found this rusty red toile in my fabric stash and made the shower curtain and valance.

Painted the wood shutters white and yes, I hung red transferware plates above the window.

This is the wall above the toilet.  The red planter was not always red - I painted it and did the arrangement.  The top silver piece was a project I did last year.  The bottom piece is an antique comb and brush holder.

This is my gorgeous vanity.  I had found this cabinet at an Estate sale.  Once again, Marble Elegance took it and repurposed it to fit the plumbing.  They also installed the granite top cut to fit the cabinet.

I had Travertine tile put in in beige tones.

I used the vintage carved wooden mirror that I had put in the old house.  I just bought a new medicine cabinet with mirror for Tiffany to replace this one.

I'm sure you've all seen this on Pinterest.  A plate holder holding vintage silver with hand towels rolled up in front of the silver pieces.  I tried to use a lot of vintage silver pieces in here.

This piece of silver sets on the vanity holding hand towels also.

I am very pleased with the addition of the rusty red color.  It gave me the pop of color I needed.

I am very happy with the outcome of this bathroom.

One more room completely finished.

Enjoy!

Judy

PS.  I forgot to say that I had white marble put on the walls around the shower.  No more pink in here.
