Happy July

A little 4th of July decor...

a pillow my sweet Mom made...

my favorite Coca Cola sign...

banners...

front porch...

wreath made out of reproductions of vintage postcards...

patriotic birdhouse...

sweet memories of Bella...

painted shutter...

wreath and

making arrangement for John's headstone.

We should all be so thankful for the country we live in, the freedoms we have and definitely for those who fought for those freedoms.

Tulsa is mourning the death of a veteran police officer and the critical condition of another officer.    Please pray for these families and the one officer still fighting for his life.

So many things going on right now are just senseless and so unnecessary.

    1. Happy 4th to you and yours. I try to do new arrangements every few months. They certainly wear and fade out quickly. It doesn't seem to matter whether I use cheap or expensive flowers. Thanks for dropping by.

So sad, about these police officers.

Our Country is not perfect. But what is going on, in many places, is Anarchy.

  7. I just went online to look up the story about the police officers since I don't watch the news on TV. Oh my gosh, how awful. The officers are both so young. And the one that died left behind a wife and two young sons. Just so tragic and senseless.

Love your patriotic decor. Happy 4th of July weekend! xoxo

    1. Yes, Tulsa is so saddened by the awful situation. So senseless and tragic. The other officer is improving. He just graduated the police academy in May. Happy 4th of July and God bless the USA!

  9. Judy, I remember your Bella and your sweet John. I like the flowers you are making for his stone. Our world is going a bit crazy and this Covid isn't helping our nerves any. I pray for all of us. Blessings, xoxo, Susie
