It's been quite a while since I've done Saturday Treasures so here goes with this last Saturday's hunt.
I found this old funny shaped clock that I plan to take out the innards (?) and do something with the shell.
Got two pieces of the silverplated holders for dishes. These make great additions to wall arrangements.
Love this little set of napkins and coasters with the cherry motif.
These tiny Dutch tiles are about 2" square and have hangers on the back.
When I picked this piece up I realized that the scene is a silk-like fabric. Interesting piece.
Don't you just love this vintage salt and pepper shakers with teapot holder?
An old tin comb and brush holder.
And a pretty egg cup.
We finally got snow!! Two inches of ice, then five inches of snow and another inch or so of freezing rain on top of that. So, we are paying for all of our good weather with icy roads that you cannot travel on.
Bella loves the snow. I took this picture thru the window of her stalking a bunny rabbit (where the arrow is). She never catches them - just loves to chase them. They go around and around the back yard. It's amusing to watch. Then, they just each go their separate ways.
Doesn't take much to amuse me on a icy, snowy day cooped up inside.
Enjoy!

You found some great things, Judy. The little Delft tiles are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteOur dog likes to chase rabbits, too...he would never catch, they are far to fast for his little short legs!
Have a great week.
You found some great things. Those tiny tiles are so cute. Poor bunny. The bunny probably teases your doggie. When you get snow you get a lot of it. We have snow, snow, snow and ice, and it's only about 9 right now. We still have it better than the East coast.
ReplyDeleteThe cherries are so sweet and I've never seen a comb and brush holder...very neat! Stay warm! Hugs!
ReplyDeleteGreat finds! But my favorite is that great s/p set with the teapot!
ReplyDeleteLove those little Delft tiles but I really love that old teapot with salt & pepper shakers. The teapot part looks like a shop project from school....Not a lot of snow here but it is REALLY cold- high of zero tomorrow I think they said. xo Diana
ReplyDeleteI love all your treasures, but especially the napkins appliqued with cherries. So fresh and happy!
ReplyDeleteI envy your snowfall. I live 20 miles north of Boston, and we have received about eight feet (yes, feet!) of snow in the past three weeks! And none of it has melted yet, so we're really in a "winter wonderland". I just keep telling myself that spring is a month from Friday.
ReplyDeleteLove all of your finds, Judy. I can't wait for the weather to warm up so that the yard sales start again. THe thrift stores have dried up. xo Laura
ReplyDeleteJudy, you sure have an eye for beautiful items. The hen and chick towel for Easter will brighten the season for sure. And to think by then no cold or snow. Thank you for the chance to participate in your special give away.
ReplyDeleteJudy , you finds are so nice. You really do have a talent for finding unique items. Would love to participate in your awesome give away.
ReplyDeleteJudy these are some great finds, my favorite has to be the egg cup!
ReplyDeletehugs,
Linda
Love all of your finds! It's good to see that you are getting out and about, even with a bit of snow!!
ReplyDeleteYou found some neat things. I've never seen a brush and comb holder before, that is really interesting! I love the napkins and coasters with the cherries. Take care!
ReplyDeleteTHAT'S what WE have here in TN right now I haven;t been out in three days.
ReplyDeleteYou made quite the haul. I love your goodies. Here in Kansas near the state line we had 1/2 of inch snow. It finished melting today. Our daughter and family west of Vinita had the same as you. The kids go to school at Vinita and were out yesterday and today. Love the little spring towel in your give-a-way.
ReplyDeleteMy, my you found some cute pieces. I'm really curious to see what you do with those silver plated items, wall art? I'm always on the look out for egg cups. I went hunting today and after my dentist appointment tomorrow I'm hunting some more. Today I bought a set of gorgeous dishes which I so don't need.
ReplyDeleteThose little tiles are so pretty aren't they! xx
ReplyDeleteGreat finds, Judy!
