Saturday Treasures 3/30/2014

Drat!!  I didn't have a very good Saturday Treasure Hunt!  I did find a few things at the Tulsa Flea Market, but, there was a gigantic garage sale at the fairgrounds that had 220 booths.  I was so excited.

I had to pay $2.00 to get in and I spent $1.00.  Now, that's bad for me!

But, what I did find was:

a bolt of eyelet (500 yards), some gorgeous vintage doilies....

the two really pretty watercolors of the fruit in the first pic....

this little filigree brass box  (this is what I spent my $1.00 on and all of the rest was from the regular flea market )and an old muffin tin (wonder why the older muffin tins are so much shallower than modern day ones????)......

the cute black, wrought iron hanger on the background....

lots of this gorgeous chicken fabric in yellow - LOVE.

So, this was my haul for this Saturday.

Wanted you to see what I just received in the mail.....

this is Rocking Wharton Bunny from One Kings Lane!  Isn't he just the cutest and large too - almost 20" wide.  Will be so cute for Easter décor.

Enjoy!

  1. That bunny is a cutie, and you found lots of treasures like the eyelet lace and the chicken print fabric. But I am confused, you must have spent more than $1. I think your shopping spree was a success.

  3. Judy, How funny- so that little brass box actually cost you $3?-after your admission fee...lol

Is that a muffin tin or is that one of those old tins for "hand pies"? Pretty cute whatever it is- xo Diana

  9. I love the rocking bunny!
The eyelet is quite a find.
Maybe the muffin pans were for biscuits. My spouse's grandfather made biscuits in a shallow pan.
